By using Crudelimited and all services of Crudelimited, you agree to be bound with the following conditions including any future changes or modifications of them. In case of rejection of the Rules, disagreement with the general principle of the Rules or any other differences of opinion, you are obliged to stop the account registration and leave crudelimited.org.
The user must be 18 years of age or older to participate. The user must provide Crudelimited with accurate, complete and updated registration bio data, including an accurate name and email address. You must understand that by registering and using crudelimited.org, you agree to these rules. By agreeing with the present rules, you confirm your participation in the investment platform of the system and you invest funds voluntarily and consciously.
Crude Limited is not available to the general public and is opened only to the qualified members of Crude Limited, the use of this site is restricted to our members and to individuals personally invited by them. Every deposit is considered to be a private transaction between the Crude Limited and its Member.
Our privacy policy is consistent and aimed at to maintain investors data in maximum security conditions. We guarantee that the personal information of each of our users is processed within the framework of national principles of confidentiality. All the data giving by investors will only be used to improve the service that we provide them. We reserve the right to use the information provided by the investors for sending to the investors newsletters, notifications, emails about updates, but not limited to the above.
All the funds earned within the scope of the program are accrued in accordance with the rates and conditions defined in participant's price plan. Please note, one may close a current deposit not earlier than its expiration date, and the initial deposit is an indispensable part of the said deposit. Referral commissions are accrued under the conditions of the Referral commission.
We shall not be liable for any failures and system errors in the operations of input and / or withdrawal of funds arising from the fault of electronic payment systems or Internet connection providers or other circumstances beyond our control. In addition, we do not bear any responsibility for mistakes made by the investor when completing the payment details. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from failure of the Investor to hold his PC systems free from malicious software used by third parties to get unauthorized access to Investor's account.
We have the right to revise and amend these Rules or any clause contained within then from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in payment methods and more.
